“Tomorrow Was _____” Fashion Exhibition
In a world teetering between fading memories and speculative futures, “Tomorrow Was _____” invites the participating creators and audiences to step into the void of the unknown and collaboratively fill in the blank. Is it beautiful or chaotic? Violently silent or quietly revolutionary? This open-ended reflection transforms into a shared space for imagination—a melancholic yet hopeful meditation on what lies ahead and the traces it leaves behind.

Curated by FabriX World, a digital fashion creative house, this exhibition envisions the future of fashion not as a fixed destination, but as an ephemeral space for speculation, memory, and provocation. The works—blending digital media, experimental forms, and cross-disciplinary approaches—act as artefacts of a future imagined, remembered, or already lost.

At the heart of “Tomorrow Was _____” are four pairs of visionary fashion designers and artists from opposite ends of the world, teaming up to respond to the curatorial statement. Each partnership pairs a creative from the West with a counterpart from the East, catalysing a rich cross-cultural dialogue as they ruminate on the theme and envision the future. With their works covering a wide range of practices, from performance art, painting with lights and installations, to 3D design and set design, the potential for infinite, multifaceted answers has been unlocked.
